Product Info


XCrossFade is an active crossfader utility module used for blending from one audio into another. This makes the module ideal for creating a wet/dry blend for FX or parallel processing. As well as audio signals the 2hp XCrossFade is useful for blending or controlling CV signals with some extra flexibility.

The A and B inputs are normalized to +5/-5V or +10/-10V depending upon the switch position. With nothing plugged into the A or B inputs the module will output a voltage which is a mix of internal voltages depending upon the fader position. The module can be used as an offset when nothing is patched into the A or B inputs. Plugging a signal into just one of the inputs makes it possible to attenuate and offset a signal simultaneously.

The module can be used as an attenuator by inserting a cable into the second input to break the normalized +/-5V.

The module features a Bipolar led as part of the slider making it easy to monitor your output signal.
