Studio, cafe, stage, floor, coffee table—the 7U Performance case doesn’t care where you play with it. Two 3U rows house and power all the modules you love (or one day hope to love), while the additional 1U row accommodates an extensive selection of specialized utility modules. Power, audio and MIDI/USB jacks on the back handle all the necessary inputs and outputs, ensuring all that rack space remains free for the “fun” modules. The lid has enough clearance to keep your system patched in transit, and two cases can be stacked with a set of joiners.
Each row of the 7U Performance Case Gen-2 is 104HP wide. There are two rows of 3U rack space, and one row of 1U rack space; the TPS135 MAX power supply has enough headers to connect 34 modules without using flying-bus cables.
7U Performance Case Gen-2 offers a ton of flexibility for connecting compatible modules. The eight rear TRS ¼” Neutrik jack connections provide plenty of options for connecting to mixers, FX, and other audio gear. Each jack and adjacent pairs of jacks have associated connection options for balanced mono, unbalanced stereo, or send / return configurations.
MIDI connectivity is covered as well with MIDI over USB-C, and three 5-pin jacks for MIDI In, Out, and Thru.
The TPS135W MAX power supply board includes thirty-four shrouded power headers; more than enough to accommodate as many modules as can fit in the case. Improved performance also means less noise across your system.
The solid aluminium frame with ergonomic handle protects your modules from bumps and scratches while you’re on the move. The included lid covers your modules, leaving plenty of room to keep your system patched and ready to go. A recessed internal locking system makes it easy to securely attach and detach the lid.
The Performance Case offers multiple ergonomic positions within your workspace. The fold-away legs let you quickly angle up your case for easier viewing, patching, and panel access on a desktop. Alternatively, you can attach the Performance Case to a stand/arm with a VESA mount, letting you get creative with the system’s positioning.
